Number 16 of my landscape photography series is a picture of Colter Bay located in Grand Teton National Park. This particular picture was taken along the Lakeshore Trail. If you ever find yourself in the Grand Tetons I highly recommend spending some time at Colter Bay which is one of our favorite spots in the park.
I have always like pictures of docks heading out to open water. There is something about having your sight line lead out into open space has always appealed to me and when I was walking near the lake I looked down the dock and saw this sight. I knew right away that it would make for a pretty picture.
